Foi pego este erro no tcloud e em outros ambientes.
Investigando, identificado a tag Module=XX

CORSEnable=1
AllowOrigin=*
PrepareIn=All
Stateless=1
; Module=XX
Removido a tag e voltou a funcionar o rest
